Jax Donation Request Form

Thank you for considering Jax Mercantile Co. to support your event!

To enable us to give your request fair consideration, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Please do not send requests to support political or religious causes. We do not allocate any donation funds for such purposes.
Preference will be given to local conservation causes and community-oriented events.
Please return request form no later than 30 days prior to decision date.
We evaluate and grant or deny requests on the 5th of every month. If your decision date is before the 5th of next month, submit this form the month prior to your event.
To enable us to support multiple organizations and events, we can only grant one donation per organization per year.
